I created Living Rooted Chiropractic from a deep belief that the body was designed with the capacity to heal — when given the right support.

Too often, care feels rushed, impersonal, and focused only on symptoms. My heart has always been to create something different: a space where women feel heard, cared for, and supported in a way that considers the whole person — not just the spine.

A Different Approach to Care

My approach centers on the nervous system. When the body is constantly in stress mode, healing becomes difficult. By gently supporting alignment, reducing tension, and regulating the nervous system, we create an environment where the body can function the way it was designed to.

I combine chiropractic care with integrative therapies such as acupuncture, soft tissue work, and supportive modalities to create individualized care plans tailored to each woman’s season of life.

Why I Focus on Women’s Health

Women often carry a unique combination of physical, emotional, and lifestyle stressors — balancing careers, family, hormones, responsibilities, and the pressure to keep everything together.

I am passionate about creating a calm, grounded space where women can slow down, feel supported, and reconnect with their bodies.

My faith is the foundation of how I practice. I believe the body was intentionally created with the ability to heal, and I see my role as helping remove the barriers that prevent that from happening.

Faith is never forced here — but it is woven into the heart of how I care, serve, and show up for each patient.
